
Ashley Chae-Young Moon is an associate lawyer at Korman & Korman LLP. She acts on awide range of matters, including refugee claims, spousal sponsorships, Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications, and Protected Person Permanent Residency Applications. Ashley completed both her B.Sc. and her J.D. at the University of Western Ontario. While in law school, Ashley volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on the ID Project to develop community information resources for vulnerable populations. As a summer student, Ashley gained international experience working at Kim Chang & Lee in Seoul, South Korea, and at Swanick & Associates in Toronto, Canada. She then articled and worked as an associate at Szemenyei MacKenzie Group LLP. Ashley is committed to community legal education, and has contributed to the Korean Legal Clinic's Anti-Asian Racism Handbook. Ashley was called to the Bar on Ontario in 2021.
